GOSCO provides Licence Holders a full-range offering or specified services at different stages of the project life cycle in the conduct of Joint Operations under a Petroleum Agreement including:
- Performing Joint Operations in accordance with the Contract and Statute
- Conduct Joint Operations in a diligent, safe, and efficient manner in accordance with good and prudent petroleum industry practices, the Contract, the HSE Plan and field conservation principles generally followed by the international petroleum industry
- Employ, engage or second sufficient personnel at all times to ensure performance and completion of the Operations in accordance with good and prudent practices generally followed by the international petroleum industry
- Maintaining the Contract in full force and effect consistent with good and prudent petroleum industry practices generally followed by the international petroleum industry
- Work Programme Scheduling Accounting, including the receipt, payment and accounting of funds in accordance with good and prudent practices generally followed by the international petroleum industry
- Performance of duties for the Operating Committee(s) as set out and preparation/submission of proposed Work Programmes and Budgets
- Acquiring all permits, consents, approvals, and surface or other rights that may be required for or in connection with the conduct of Joint Operations
- Representing Contracting Companies in all dealings with the Government with respect to matters arising under the Contract and Joint Operations
- Carrying out the obligations of Operator under the Contract, including preparing and furnishing such reports, records and information as may be required under the Contract
- Providing the Contracting Companies with economic projections and statements (based upon assumptions proposed to and approved by Operating Committees
- Prepare training and development plans for Ghanaian personnel and provide any such plans to Operating Committees for approval;
